Simple, fast, and free.


Conveniently drop off at our THE LAB.YRINTH store, or alternatively, we can collect it from your address free of charge. You have 100 days to return your items purchased from the online store, free of charge.

How to proceed with a return or exchange:The return/exchange request must be initiated in your customer area on the online store:

1. Log in to your account;
2. Go to the “Order History” section;
3. Select the correct order;
4. Click on Return/Exchange
5. Choose the address where you want us to pick up your Return/Exchange or choose THE LAB.YRINTH store where you want to drop off the return.
6. Wait for the item to be picked up at your address or go to a store. THE LAB.YRINTH if you chose this option.

[!] Seal the return shipping box perfectly with tape. We do not accept returns sent in unsealed boxes.


If you choose collection from your address, your return will be collected by the carrier Nacex on the next working day (in mainland Portugal and Spain).

Examples:
If you place your return request by 11:50 PM on a Monday, the collection will be made on Tuesday.
If you place your return request on a Saturday or Sunday, the collection will be made on Monday.




FOR COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION


Exchanges from countries outside the EU are not accepted. In these cases, you must make a return.
The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
$15 for: USA, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Australia.
£15 for: United Kingdom
€15 for: Jersey Island, Switzerland, Andorra, Monaco, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Cyprus and all European countries outside the EU.


FAST REFUND

Your refund will be processed very quickly, within a few days of receiving your return. You will receive your refund via the same payment method used for the purchase . Please note that the processing time for a credit card refund will always depend on your bank.
You can also choose to receive a voucher to use on a future purchase.
The refunded amount only covers the value of the returned items and does not include any other costs incurred by the customer at the time of purchase, such as shipping costs.


READ BEFORE RETURNING

Returns or exchanges will be accepted respecting the following rules:

- If you want to exchange the item, you can do so for a different size or color.
- If you wish to exchange it for a different item, you must first return your item and then purchase the new one.
The products must not show any signs of having been washed or used.
- Products (except underwear) can only be tried on to test size and fit, but cannot be worn. If signs such as dirt, stains or odors are identified, even if resulting from trying them on, we will not accept the return.
The products must retain their original characteristics.
- The products are complete with all their component elements (eg, both items of a pair of shoes, boxes and labels, and other items that are inside the product box or shipping box).
The original packaging must not be damaged.
- Men's, women's, or children's clothing items can only be returned if the packaging remains sealed, including the outer plastic bag.
- Feminine bath products can be returned if you keep the hygiene sticker.
Products that have been altered or show signs of use, even if resulting from trying them on, are not accepted. Examples include: worn or dirty soles, perfume odor, sweat odor, or tobacco odor. Makeup stains or marks, any type of stain, mark, or odor.

NOTE 1: Returning Products Purchased in Discounted Bundles: If you purchased items together at a discount and wish to return one of the items, you will have to return all items in your order , not just one.


NOTE 2: If your return does not comply with any of these rules, we will not be able to accept it. In this case, we will resend the product to you at the address used for the order. This shipment will cost €15, which must be paid in advance. Our Customer Support will assist you in this process. The customer has 15 days to make the respective payment. If this period expires and payment has not been made, we reserve the right to destroy the product in question.

You can freely cancel the contract relating to products purchased from the online store profonlinestore.com. You can do so freely and independently through the means described above. Alternatively, you can use the contract cancellation form, which you can download here.

For purchases made in physical stores, we only allow exchanges for items of equal or greater value. Items must be in perfect condition and accompanied by the sales receipt.
