How can I return a product I bought online?

Simple, fast, and free.

Conveniently delivered to our physical store, or alternatively, we can pick it up free of charge at your address.
You have 100 days to return your items purchased from the online store, free of charge .

How to proceed with a return or exchange
The return/exchange request must be initiated in your customer area on the online store:

Log in to your account;

Go to the "Order History" section;

Select the relevant order;

Click on Return/Exchange

Choose the address where you want us to pick up your return/exchange, or choose at THE LAB.YRINTH store where you want to drop off the return.

Wait for the pickup at your address or go to THE LAB.YRINTH store if you chose this option.

If you choose to have the item picked up at your address:

Your return will be collected by the carrier Nacex on the next business day (in mainland Portugal and Spain).

Examples:
If you place your return request by 11:50 PM on a Monday, the collection will be made on Tuesday.

If you place your return request on a Saturday or Sunday, the collection will be made on Monday.


FAST REFUND

Your refund will be processed very quickly, within a few days of receiving your return, using the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the processing time for a credit card refund will always depend on your bank.
You can also choose to receive a voucher to use on a future purchase.
The refunded amount only covers the value of the returned items and does not include any other costs incurred by the customer at the time of purchase, such as shipping costs.

READ BEFORE RETURNING

Exchanges and returns will be accepted respecting the following rules:

The products must not show any signs of having been washed or used.
- The products (with the exception of underwear) can only be tried on to test the size and fit, but cannot be worn.
The products must retain their original characteristics.
- The products are complete with all their component elements (e.g., both items of a pair of shoes, boxes and labels, and other elements that are inside the shipping box or the product box).
The original packaging must not be damaged.
- Men's, women's or children's underwear products can only be returned if the packaging remains sealed, including the outer plastic bag.
- Feminine bath products can be returned if you keep the hygiene sticker.
Products that have been tampered with or show signs of use are not accepted.

You are free to terminate the contract relating to products purchased from the online store profonlinestore.com. You may do so freely and independently through the means described above. Alternatively, you can use the contract termination form, which can be downloaded here.

For purchases made in physical stores, we only allow exchanges for items of equal or greater value. Items must be in perfect condition and accompanied by the sales receipt.

How can I buy from the online store?

After registering as a customer, simply click on the items to access their descriptions, select the desired color and size, and add them to your cart.

You can choose to receive your order at your address, at a DPD PickMe point, or at a physical store.

To pay, you can choose Multibanco, MBWay, Credit Card or PayPal.

Can I buy it anywhere in the world?

Currently, the online store only ships to Germany, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France (Metropolitan and Corsica), Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Sweden and Switzerland.

Will I have to pay customs duties and import taxes?

Orders placed within the European Union are exempt from customs duties. All orders are shipped from Portugal.
Orders placed and shipped outside the European Union will be subject to customs duties in the destination countries.

How can I pay for my order?

Currently, THE LAB.YRINTH offers the following payment methods: Multibanco, MBWay, Google Pay, Credit Card, and Paypal.

In what currency can I pay?

In Europe, all orders are placed in Euros (€), and payment is processed in this currency.

In the United States and Canada, orders are placed in US dollars (US$), and payment is processed in this currency.

Please note that if your bank account is in a different currency, the exchange rate used to debit your account will be automatically determined by your Bank/PayPal and not by THE LAB.YRINTH.

Some items or sizes are no longer available on the website. Is there any possibility of them being put back on sale?

If the item/size you are interested in is no longer online, it is most likely that you have experienced a stock shortage.

However, we replace some references, so there is a possibility that the article may become available again in the future.

Is it possible to reserve an item and purchase it later?

We currently do not offer an item reservation service.

However, you can add your favorite items to your Wishlist to purchase them later.

Please note that in this way you are not reserving any item, but rather saving it for future reference.

Your order may take between 1 and 5 business days to be shipped. After being shipped, for addresses in mainland Portugal and Spain , delivery is made on the next business day.

For Madeira Island , delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after shipment (with express service).

For the Azores Islands , delivery takes between 4 and 12 business days after dispatch.

Other countries: Delivery within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.
